I will be at the school on Thursday 9/3 from 6 -8pm to collect the first page of the physical form and COVID Waiver form. If you can’t print the forms out, we will have copies available for you to fill out while you are there and then turn them in to me. You need to have a parent with you so they can sign the forms. If you can’t bring a parent, you can still come by and pick up the forms and then bring them filled out on the first day of tryouts.

We will be set up in the parking lot next to the bus circle on the Stassney side of the school.

Also, they have updated the mask mandate. You cannot wear a gaitor mask or a mask with vent holes in it.
